Society of Workforce Planning Professionals (SWPP)

Vicki Herrell, the Founder and Executive Director of the SWPP, has been busy - recently launching into the Australian market with a bang on the back of Call Design Boot Camp last year. Vicki has been busy building the Australian arm of the association with the help of local representatives Stuart Beaumont of Salmat Salesforce, Dave Bennett of American Express, Prateek Gupta of TRUenergy, Karen Gilpin of Superpartners, Blair Murphy of McKesson, and David Woolford. This is a great opportunity for the local workforce teams to access a Global collaboration of Workforce Planners and keep abreast of the “best practice techniques” and industry trends.

For more information go to www.swpp.org or contact Vicki directly on Vicki.herrell@swpp.org

Final Thought - A sad goodbye...

After more than 5 years of working for Call Design, where she has built our Workforce Planning business from the ground up, Julie-Anne Hazlett has decided to move on to join the team at callcentres.net. It is with a great deal of sadness that we say goodbye to Julie-Anne who has been an integral part of the Call Design team. We know that Julie-Anne will be winning hearts and minds everywhere with her professionalism, her passion and (normally very late at night) her lovely Irish folk songs.

All of us at Call Design wish her the very best in her new role.

Look out for Call Design Boot Camp.... That's right folks it's on again and it is cranking in April 2010
