PRIOR to the establishment of its Makati office in the fourth quarter last year, Australian contact center solution specialist Call Design Pty. Ltd has started bolder cost-efficient strategies to create a niche in the local business process outsourcing (BPO) industry.
The company has recently cashed in on a contract to provide hosted workforce management solution for Transcom, the largest outsourced call center provider in Europe with 4,000 employees in Manila and Bacolod.
