Call Design's Hosted Workforce Management Solution is a best of breed workforce management solution that combines Aspect Software's world class workforce management solution with Call Designs market led consultancy, integration, maintainence and professional service skills.

Call Design has developed an option where it hosts all of the Aspect eWorkforce Management™ software on its own servers. Access is provided via an internet browser in exactly the same way as it would if the software was located in the call centres data centre
Functionally the product looks, feels and acts the same as a localised product would.
