Call Design have commissioned a leading expert in sustainable practices to assist us in the delivery of this new service. Call Design will provide a service where we will advise Contact Centres on how to implement measures to reduce greenhouse gas emissions ahead of the Carbon Pollution Reduction Scheme set to come into force in the next 3 years. This offers our customers the benefit not only of 'sound' business practices, such as building efficiency, minimising waste and maximising resources but also in assisting to save our planet.

Managed Services
To compliment Call Design's expertise with the provision, design, implementation and support of its products, many of Call Design's customers also request that it offers some form of Systems or Service Management.
Managed services are rapidly replacing traditional Call Centre information technology (IT) management tools and mega-outsourcing arrangements because they provide a more cost-effective method of managing and protecting Call Centre systems and applications. Call Design will host your Workforce Management Infrastructure, Licensing, Applications and Data, manage all updates, licensing, additions and upgrades via our own servers hosted in our Tier 1 Data centre.
