Boot Camp will be back IN 2011!

"Call Design’s Boot Camp 2010 a roaring success”


The
Call Design Boot Camp 2010 was held on the 15th and 16th April, at the Sydney Sofitel Wentworth Hotel and was considered to be a roaring success, with all tickets sold out by the final week.

This year’s Boot Camp expanded the Workforce Management focus with a healthy inclusion of discussions around the Optimisation space. “The event was much bigger and better than last year offering 37 different presentations across the 2 days” said Miles Stanton, Call Design’s Managing Director.


This year saw a greater range of participants with a blend of Operations Managers, Analysts, Workforce Managers and Specialists. The speakers topics covered everything from “Greening your Call Centre” through to “ROI: Investment strategies” and “The Math of Workforce Management”, this event truly had Workforce Optimisation covered.
Vicky Herrell, Executive Director – SWPP commenting on the event said “I am always impressed with the professionalism and great talent of the Call Design staff, and this year was no different”.

 


Highlights from the event included a segment from the ATA’s CEO, Michael Meredith, on Creating a Centre of Excellence in your Call Centre (Pictured above).

 “Attendee feedback throughout the event will assist Call Design to continue to provide a relevant and informative conference” said Claire Nelson, Call Design’s Marketing Manager and organiser of the event. She continued on to say that “staying focused on addressing the real issues that are faced on a daily basis regardless of technology is why this event is so important to so many people”

Claire Kelsall – NAB commented “I recommend people come to this every year, I find it very informative”, while

Chris Ingram – Australian Unity suggested “I wanted to attend all three streams and next event I plan to bring along our call centre & operations managers too so we can split up to attend all sessions”

The conference was capped off with a Gala Dinner on the Thursday evening attended by the fabulous teams from all over the country.
Comedy and Wine were enjoyed by all as attendees were able to relax and network in style and comfort.
