This five-day course is an introduction for existing Aspect customers, who have users new to Aspect Performance Edge Workforce Management 7.2 and teaches the basics of effectively using the software to maximise staffing resources. The course begins with basic Forecasting and understanding historical patterns before moving on to basic Scheduling and Tracking. This is an Aspect certified and accredited course delivered by our team of Aspect trained facilitators.
